Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Mccracken, VICTOR HARBOR is just south of "ADELAIDE"", SA
Hi, Greg and I are an almost retired couple. We have 3 adult children, spouses and 2 grandchildren living in Brisbane. We enjoy our family, friends, meeting new people and seeing new places. We enjoy the outdoors, nature, reading, the arts, hiking, travel, wine tasting, eating out, gardening. We are non- smokers. Greg works in the church, while I'm a Pastoral Care Worker in a primary school. We have lived in Swanhill Vic, Walla Walla NSW, Alberton (northern Gold Coast), Naracoorte SA, and now Clare SA, so are familiar with Australia's premier wine growing regions. We'd love to slow travel overseas when we retire next year.

Our house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets, located in a quiet culdesac, nestled in a picturesque garden yet only 2 mins. walk to the beach. It sleep 7 with 2 queen beds and 3 singles. A 1970's caravan can provide extra sleeping if necessary. The lockable rear gate gives access to the Paperbark Trail which follows the Hindmarsh River to the sea. Its a picturesque 2 minute walk via the trail to a beautiful swimming beach and estuary area. We put kayaks in the river and into the sea. Its an easy 15-20 min beach stroll into the heart of Victor Harbor's shopping and Tourist area.
There's a nearby skate park,
tennis/volleyball courts, cafes, the causeway to Granite Island and the Cockle SteamTrain.
