This is a large studio house, over 75sqm with total landsize of just under 700sqm. Boasting a charming local village style shops a few kms away and Inverloch on your doorstep.
This house is a bit different - and will certainly encourage your creative vibes if you wish!
Nicknamed 'The Sandpit' for a reason... we are coastal and there is lots of sand!
This house is styled nicely but is basic!
Having only just finished building in October last year, some bits still need to be finished and are a little basic.
Such as only one ceiling fan. Air-conditioning and heating are still TBA.
Cute outdoor shower (this was my only shower for over 9 months!), now cold water only but very appropriate for the area.

There is an open but separate 'office' which I use as a giant walk in wardrobe and office. But this could easily be used as the bedroom instead to create a larger living room.

We get beautiful afternoons and sunsets here in Venus Bay, and one of my favourite places is outside and pottering around the garden.
Spectacular beaches, crystal clear water, often with absolutely no one on them. So much wildlife! Ever so quiet, peaceful and relaxing.
