We are a family of four with two boys 10 and 12. I am an engineering geologist and my wife is the architect who designed our house. We love the beach and surfing and take full advantage of the coastal lifestyle that Freshwater and the Northern Beaches affords us. We are new to house swapping, but really excited to find like-families/properties to swap with and explore different areas. We like the concept of mutually beneficially connections and would treat your home respect. We are open to both short and long swaps with preference to align with the School Holidays. We're happy to take of pets. We have a goldfish and a cat, that we can arrange alternative care of, if appropriate.

Another Grateful House Swap in another fabulous destination, Freshwater, NSW. Nikki & Tim’s 3 bedroom home, beautifully renovated, architecturally designed (by Nikki) Northern Beaches home is 5 minutes walk to Harbord Diggers & 7 minutes walk to Freshwater Village. We caught the bus, just up the road, into Manly to experience the Markets & Sunday vibe on the beach. The coastal bushwalks are 5 star with boardwalks & ocean pools at every beach. Nikki, Tim & boys trusted us to look after Rocky the cat & Gilbert the Goldfish, who both survived! Our communication with Tim & Nikki was exemplary, as was our home on our return. We hope their first swap was the first of many & that they a great adventure at Chillaxed at Arakoon.
