Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Erskineville, Erskineville, SYDNEY, NSW
We're a young family with 2 small children (a 3 year old and a 3 month old). We're hoping to have an adventure at the end of 2024 as a family and think house swapping would be a brilliant way for us to have an extended holiday somewhere new. We're tidy, polite and as a couple had many years of wonderful homestay experiences. We also love where we live and feel others would too!

Bright, modern and architecturally designed 3 bedroom duplex apartment, with a private entrance and wrap around balcony. It has been recently renovated and lovinging designed by Drew, who has studied architecture and urban design. It has 3 bedrooms, one being a beautiful loft space and another being a room which can be opened up to the living room during the day. We have a balcony full of plants and places to sit and watch the native birds fly by. Our home is colourful, light and comfortable. We have air-conditioning in all rooms and a big striped awning to control the Australian heat. Our home is also less than 200m from King Street, Newtown, a hub of food places, interesting shops and bars but is on a quiet terrace lined street. We love Erskineville, it's a safe, inclusive and green neighbourhood.

Erskineville is an inclusive and colourful village within the city. We have tree lined streets, workers cottages, lots of street art, many, many pocket parks and a lovely main street with shops, pubs and restaurants. It takes 6 minutes to get to Central Station (or 3 minutes to Redfern!) on the train and they run frequently so you can go anywhere in Sydney easily. You'll be absolutely spoilt for choice with all the food places, bars and restaurants on King St, which is a 5 minute walk away. There are many bike lanes and quiet streets. From our home you can go to beaches in 20-25 minutes. Sydney Park, with a big skate park and children's playground is a 10 minute walk from our home and you have lovely views over the city.
