Our house is on a large block, one acre of land with tennis / pickle ball court in an established garden. We have two separate living areas and an out door entertaining area. It’s a spacious house with large bedrooms and lots of storage. We have large commercial wood fire pizzas oven, Greek styled wood rotisserie/bbq & hooded gas bbq all on the back deck overlooking the tennis court.

If you ever get the chance to swap with Fletcher and Marieanne in Orange definitely do it. The house is very comfortable and spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. We really made use of the pool table. The grounds are the best part however, beautiful gardens and trees, tennis court and places to relax. Every morning I had my cuppa outside and enjoyed the many birds calling and visiting. Then there is Orange itself with so much to do. Glorious parks, bush walks, lake, wineries, restaurants, pubs, cinema, theatre, churches and museum. We easily filled our month there. The surrounding villages are worth a visit, also Dubbo zoo. Orange can be a bit cold so dress appropriately. We were so happy with fletcher and Marieanne, they were great communicators, friendly and easy going.
