We are two adults and three children. Andrew is a financial planner and I am a physiotherapist. I grew up in Perth so know the area well. We now live in the Sunshine Coast (Qld). We love it here. The ‘children’ are 18, 16 and 13. We have just registered with Aussie house swap and are ideally looking for a swap to Perth in April from late 29 March until 12 April as a first swap - preferably northern area

We have a 4BR single story house on a large block at Kawana Island (Parrearra) on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. Open air living with outside dining year round. We have an outdoor area with a pool and live close to the beach (4.5km by bike path or 10 minute drive). Recently renovated modern kitchen. Lovely neighbourhood. Quiet cul de sac
