We are a couple with two children in their 20s now living out of home. We are looking to all take a family holiday to England and Ireland in December 2024, so looking to house swap

This is a three storey house backing onto a reserve. It has a large yard and wonderful garden and walking distance to the major shops/dining areas/transport of Chatswood in Sydney, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on top floor. There is a lounge, kitchen, dining, sun room and bedroom on main level which opens onto a deck overlooking the yard and reserve. And there’s another bedroom plus laundry, including a toilet, on the lowest level,
