We are an active retired couple that enjoy walking, cycling and many other local activities. I regularly do yoga, Pilates and line dancing and Dave plays tennis and fishes. We have a lovely 3 bedroom townhouse with study and double garage that overlooks a canal and the Tweed River. We are walking distance to the shops (about 1km), the Library, Tweed Bowls Club, Twin Towns Club, cafes and restaurants abound and surf beaches are 1.5km.

Townhouse with 2 bedrooms but 1 is currently used as a sitting room. There is one queen bed. The bedroom is upstairs with the bathroom adjoining. The sitting room has a balcony overlooking the Tweed River.
The kitchen lounge area is open plan with a separate dining area. There is a study, laundry and toilet, courtyard and double garage. At the back there is a small patio with gas BBQ and outdoor furniture overlooking a canal and the Tweed River .
Please note that the main bedroom and ensuite is unavailable.
