We have a spacious cosy 3 bedroom home.
Featuring, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate living/lounge areas. A large well appointed open plan kitchen/ dining with a butlers pantry. Ducted gas heating throughout and Air conditioning in Kitchen and main dining area. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
We have an outside courtyard with a BBQ and outdoor dining setting and a large sun umbrella. In the back garden we have a spa which is pool compliant with glass safety fencing. Also a large man cave with a nautical theme.
