Family of five - parents Jim and Maree (both Government employees, both ex serving ADF veterans) and children 23 (Tiffany),14 (Aiden) and 9 (Miranda). Wishing to see everything we can in the comforts of well loved homes....we love adventure, travel, swimming, the beach, the country, anything is an option! We are very kid friendly; family focused people so would love to have a swap with like-minded as well! Tiffany may be with us depending on her work, we may also have an extra child as we are foster carers. Hence why we are looking for places that have enough beds and are family focused.

Single storey dwelling on an acre of mainly flat land. On a main road but fully fenced. Neighbours all round but never see nor hear - we are all on large blocks. Bedrooms all carpeted; house has security screening throughout. Inground pool to front of house. Pagola area for use as well. Lots of room for pets, we have 3 x Border collies and 1 cat but all have holidays in kennels when we travel.
Undercover parking for a vehicle if needed.
All bedrooms have built in mirror robes.
Separate toilet to bathroom with shower and bath.
Laundry with dryer and washing machine.

We enjoyed our house swap - the pool was magnificent and kept the kids entertained all day - the location was easy to navigate to and there was plenty of room for everyone plus a lovely back sheltered deck - lovely people to swap with and no issues along the way - our house was left beautiful and clean - thanks maree

House was great, clean, tidy and functional. Walking distance to train station, which was very handy. Loved the Ferny Hills area, you're in the city, but you're not Would definitely swap again.
