My partner and I have an apartment in coogee, about a 7 minute walk from the beach. It’s a two bedroom apartment, with one double bedroom and a study/spare room with a sofa bed which folds out into a double bed. We have an open kitchen and living room, leading out to the balcony. We are open to considering house swaps anywhere across Australia and outside, as we own our businesses which we can do online so can be flexible with last minute requests as well.

A little more chilled than its neighbour Bondi, Coogee is just as stunning, with crystal-clear waters, an expanse of white sand beach, ocean baths and generous green parks ideal for picnics. You’ll find a laid-back beach vibe, vibrant dining and bar scene in Coogee and also Randwick which is a 10 min walk from ours, and plenty of adventure, from coastal walks to snorkelling spots. We also have a free tennis court in the park opposite our apartment.
