House Swap with us

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids. A 9 yr old girl and step son 18 yr old boy ( he would stay with his father )we are very lucky to live on the northern beaches in Sydney. we love swimming surfing nature and exploring new towns. We enjoy chilling reading and eating good food. We don’t have pets but be more than happy to mind animals if needed. we all love animals.

The House

We live in a lovely white timber beach house in Newport, northern beaches. Light airy on a hill with northerly aspect. We are on the main road but we are surrounded by Beautiful landscaped gardens so you can’t see the road. There are 2 different balcony areas plus an outdoor sitting area with table for breaky and a campfire area. House is located a 5 minute walk from the Newport beach and Bungan beach - Newport village, cafe , restaurants and well known popular restaurant “the Newport”.
We ride our bikes or walk to Mona vale beach and Mona vale town center
A quick 5 min drive or 30 walk to Avalon over the headland
The bus stop in literally 2 mins away with regular buses to manly -Avalon - palm beach - or Sydney CBD express.

The things we love about living here

We love our beach house. It’s a Beautiful spot close to beaches bars restaurants and Pittwater. We are very outdoors family suits our lifestyle of swimming riding walking exploring nature. It’s all so close and accessible. There are beautiful beaches all around us and Pittwater for fishing and boating or just chilling at local cafes .
We air bnb and our guests often don’t need a car .
Our house is set up for animals as we have a dog who loves to sit on the front balcony chair in the afternoon NW sunshine however our dog comes when us on holidays yours is welcome here too . Our home is child safe and animal safe . We can leave bikes and a car for you and trust you will love experience our community as much as we do . Literally 5 beaches with surf at your doorstep and cafes movie houses for courses beer gardens in arms reach .
We live to get away as we are both operating local businesses and tend to not stop working unless we leave home .
