The house is a big old timber house typical of the early 20th century. It features: 3 original bedrooms(3.5m square) ;2 new smaller rooms ; a large sunroom; a large rumpus room; a modern kitchen; a dining room ; a TV room; a large deck and 9metre swimming pool. The dining room has a slow combustion heater, and an air conditioner for summer. Most rooms have ceilings fans.
