We are Jason and Donna, in our early 50s who love to explore and travel. Jason is Father to Madi, 16yrs and Jackson, 14yrs, and Gus is our 12yr old fur baby! Jason is a business owner, operating a successful electrical and solar business in Bennetts Green. Originally from the UK, I am the marketing/ PA in the business but also a qualified Personal Trainer and Body Pump instructor. Jason loves to surf, bootcamp and yoga, I love bush walks, running and Body Pump, so we like to stay active. We are respectful, friendly, love to keep a tidy home and would love to share our home for like-minded people to enjoy. Sometimes we travel alone, and then as family for a portion of the school holidays. We will treat your home with the upmost care, and ideally would like to bring Gus with us (he too lives clean and respectfully, he has strict living rules too)! We look forward to new adventures!

Contemporary new home situated in a small cul de sac in quiet Swansea.
Airy open plan kitchen diner, leading to an outside patio. There are 3 bedrooms, which compromises of two bedrooms in their own area with a bathroom and private living area; one queen, one king single and master en suite with king size bed (photos to follow).
We have a spare single mattress to accommodate if required.
There is a media room with 4 leather recliners and access to Netflix, Stan, FoxSports etc.
The back yard is a work in process but a pool & Bali style retreat area is planned by Feb 2024. You can however, still enjoy sitting in the outside area, in a comfy chair or dine at the table.

Gus is 12yrs old cattle cross greyhound. Ideally we would love to take him with us! He is quiet around the home, only toilets off property, never sleeps on beds etc! If he has to stay, then a swap is unsuitable for children under 12.

Pretty coastal walk from Caves Beach to Catherine Hill Bay is approx 2 hrs each way.
There is Glenrock for pretty bush tracks leading to the ocean or mountain bikes. Or Fraser Park for walks or more surf!
Birubi and Port Stephens is about 45 mins away, where you can camel ride, experience the stunning sand dunes, or explore the sleepy hamlet of Port Stephens.
Newcastle is growing fast and has lovely harbour restaurants and walks. Nobbys Lighhouse and the ANZAC walk is popular. As is a visit to Bar Beach and Mereweather Surf Club.
Locals go to Blacksmiths Beach or flock to Redhead Beach for surf, followed by a drink at the local surf club listening to a band on the weekend.
There is a skatepark just 5mins from the house, opposite the lake. Plenty of gyms, yoga options and cafes all within 10min drive.
There are shopping centres and cinemas in Charlestown and Kotara.
Lots to explore in the area, with lovely spots all within an hours drive!
