Originally from Sydney and now based in Brisbane, we’re a happy little family that are always in search of adventure! Michael (Dad) works in corporate finance, and Mum (Lena) is doing her Master of Clinical Psychology and caring for our toddler Ardie. We are animal lovers so always happy to care for pets, and Lena has a green thumb so will ensure your plants are happy and watered! We love the idea of sharing our home with other families and looking after your home while we explore new places!

Share our slice of tropical Queensland paradise!
Our beautiful home is your perfect holiday sanctuary and launching pad to explore the wonders of SEQ!
The house is a renovated Queenslander with an airy tropical feel, plenty of light, and all the mod cons you could want.
Upstairs has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area that opens out to a big verandah that overlooks the garden/pool complete with banana trees and a raised veggie/herb garden. The modern kitchen has a butlers pantry, induction cooktop and island/breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with washer and dryer.
Upstairs also has a carpeted master bedroom with a queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite. There is also a W/C next to the living area.
Downstairs has the other three bedrooms (however only two are available). One with a queen bed, and the other with a spare single mattress.
There is a full bathroom downstairs with a bath and shower, and a separate W/C.
The downstairs area also features a playroom with climbing equipment and plenty of toys.
The house has central reverse-cycle aircon which is controlled via a touch screen in the kitchen.
We live in a safe, quiet street with lovely neighbours and are a short walk to a beautiful creek and popular walking/bike bath. We’re also a 15 minute drive to the Brisbane CBD and its many attractions. Or hit the highway if you want to explore further - an hour’s drive norther to the Sunshine Coast or an hour south to the Gold Coast!

We have two friendly cats who love a good pat but generally keep to themselves. They need to be fed 1-2 times a day.

Lutwyche is a quiet suburban area in the inner city of Brisbane. It’s a 15 minute drive to the CBD, and is also 15 mins drive to the Brisbane Airport.
There is a creek called the Kedron Brook a five minute walk from the house and features playgrounds, a bike path and a walking path.
There are also local shops with a popular cafe (Hussk), baker (Oh My Bread) and a few restaurants.
There is also Lutwyche Central a 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive from the house which has a Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, pharmacy, newsagent and eateries.
On Sundays there is a beautiful farmers market at Northey St, Windsor with lots of organic food and produce, less than 10 minutes drive from the house.
