Brick Veneer, small home, very comfortable. Suit couple. Large outdoor area, barbecue ect, backing onto bush land.

The things we love about living here

Boyne Island/ Tannum Sands is a very pretty area, close to beach and river. There are lots of walking tracks around the area. A bridge separating Boyne, Tannum. Shopping centres on both… Boyne Is/Tannum have similar shopping centres including Woolworths, Coles, cafes, Hotel, Pharmacies, Medical Centre, various shops, & eating options. Gladstone is 25 kms away, this being our nearest city. Boyne Is is a relatively quiet area.
