Hi We are a couple Daniel and Sarah… We love the outdoors getting out and around especially indulging in what the Peninsula has to offer. Sarah loves hanging out with her two girls (16-18) 2 dogs and two cats, so it’s all family, friends for her. Daniel is a builder/carpenter still loving my job after 34 years. I’ve been involved from motor sport to woodworking, building/playing guitars or fabricating anything, even using an industrial sewing machine so I guess I’m a pretty handy fellow lol, but travelling in spare time makes me happy touring this amazing country. I have 2 boys 21 and 19 loving living on the mornington peninsula and everything it offers. Sarah own’s a skin care company right here on the Peninsula and always happy to get away if we can. We are both are responsible, respectful empath people who aim to please. Thank you.

Our home is large with 3 living areas inc an Alfresco.
The “music room”lounge a great place to have a glass while sitting amongst my guitar collection sets the scene. There is a piano and guitar to play if you wish.
The family room has a home theatre to watch tv or a movie on a new large comfy couch.
The kitchen is large with everything needed to cook anything you can think of as I love to cook too.
Indoor dinning table sits 6.
The master bedroom is huge with adjoining en suite of hotel quality
A gym in one corner of the master is handy.
Bed two is large with a queen bed inc robe
Bed 3 has a double bed inc robe
A large bathroom with a large bath.
Both showers are huge.
The Alfresco is large with bbq,fridge, dinning setting, lounge, and recently added pool table.
There is a good size yard for pooch if needed.
