We are a family of 3 - myself (Cara), husband Ron and 6 year old son. We have lived in Maleny for 4 years and prior to that lived in Melbourne. We are a quiet but active family and enjoy going on outdoor adventures such as hiking, swimming & kayaking. We are considerate house guests and very much look forward to having more adventures through house swapping as well as offering the opportunity to others to enjoy the beautiful town we live in.

Comfortable hinterland home on almost an acre in a quiet area of Maleny, at the end of a cul de sac. We are at the top of the hill, NE facing and have a green outlook and lovely breezes. There is an outdoor covered patio area. We have reverse cycle air conditioning, 2 bedrooms have queen beds, 3rd bedroom has a single kids bed and space for another single mattress is possible. Conveniently located with a short 4 min drive to town or approx 30 min walk. Only 20 mins to Australia Zoo or 25 mins to Caloundra beaches. We have kayaks you are welcome to use at nearby Lake Baroon.

Maleny is a beautiful hinterland town nestled in the Blackall Range on the Sunshine Coast. There is a friendly, eclectic and welcoming community with shops, cafes and live music. There are a number of beautiful walks nearby, swimming holes and Lake Baroon for picnic or kayaking.
