House Swap with us

We are a travel and music loving 55+ couple in semi retirement, Mark runs a coffee van at a beachside park and Cindy is a vocalist working in both Perth and Melbourne. Our adult children and grandkids live in Melbourne where we resided for 9 years, so now we go back and forth from our gorgeous beach pad in Perth. We have a beautiful beachside apartment that anyone holidaying in Perth will love, so we are looking to start doing regular swaps this year, and hopefully for many years to come. We have completed many housesitting assignments in Melbourne and also Perth (with excellent reviews) and hope to find a regular houseswap arrangement in Melbourne.

Secure basement carpark is next to the lift to our 3rd floor home. Car swap option.

The things we love about living here

We live in Paradise!
Even winter days here, can be gorgeous.
There are no roads to cross between our place and one of Australia's best beaches.
Great restaurants, bars and recreation within 2-3 minute walk.
We have direct access to the stunning West Coast Drive coastal walking path.
There are days on end when we never need to get in the car, everything we could possibly need is a short walk away.

The Location

Scarborough is an iconic beachside suburb of Perth which has just benefited from a waterfront entertainment and recreation upgrade which is world class. The beach itself is a patrolled surf beach and a swimming pool complex sits just alongside it opposite an array of shops, bars and restaurants including the famous Pete's Fish n Chips.
The views are spectacular, from the Beach Bar, Straits cafe at Rendezvous, La Cappanina and the Lookout Bar which also features 10 pin bowling. The Karrinyup Centre less than 10 minute drive away features Cinemas, restaurants and great shopping. Hillarys Boat Harbour is also nearby where Rottnest Fast Ferries can get you to Rottnest Island in only 45 minutes to meet the quokas and ride around the island.
