Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Sunshine, Melbourne, VIC
We are Linda and Frank, a retired couple. Linda is formerly a registered nurse and Frank was the CEO of one of the local government councils located in Hobart. We have lots of previous home exchange experience, having done home exchanges in Germany, New Zealand, Queensland, Perth and Sydney, Mexico, Croatia, the Netherlands and Canada. We would love to do some more and explore other parts of the world as well. We are keen to explore more of Australia - Perth, Sydney, QLD and country Victoria in particular, and are prepared to consider swaps anywhere. We are interested in simultaneous long weekend (3 night) exchanges in country Victoria within a 2 or 3 hour drive from our home in Sunshine - we can be quite flexible regarding which weekend. We would also bring our daughter Lauren and her toddler Georgia on these weekends.

We live in a large modern 2 storey townhouse located in a quiet street in Sunshine, Victoria (Australia), close to a wide range of amenities and with easy bus or train access to the Melbourne City Centre.
The main bedroom is upstairs, with a king bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs. One is set up as a child's bedroom with a king bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed. These 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a separate living area upstairs with its own wall mounted HD TV.
Downstairs we have a 4th bedroom with a queen bed and its own ensuite and walk in robe.
Also downstairs we have the living area, an entrance sitting area, dining and kitchen plus laundry and powder room. And we have a great undercover outdoor area with a weber gas BBQ.
We have a border collie dog called Jack and a ragdoll cat called Tippy and would ask our guests to be prepared to look after them, including daily walks and ball for Jack.
We have a near new Audi Q3 sportsback and are open to discussions about car exchange as well.

We live in the Melbourne inner west suburb of Sunshine, within easy walking distance to the Sunshine regional centre with a host of shopping, restaurants, swimming pool, cinema complex and other amenities. There is easy bus access to the nearby Highpoint Shopping Centre as well as the Melbourne City Centre. A 20 minute walk takes you to the Sunshine rail station, with regular trains into Melbourne.
Sunshine is well placed for access to Melbourne Airport (only a 20 minute drive) and to the delights of country Western Victoria.

We had a fantastic time at Frank and Linda’s beautiful home, it has every luxury you could wish for. We had the privilege of caring for their beautiful and well behaved dog Jack, only problem was we couldn’t take him home with us. They also have a very lovely rag doll cat. The location was quiet and relatively close to a nice park, good shopping near by and only a five minute drive to the local station and frequent trains into Melbourne. Frank and Linda are caring and lovely, even prepared dinner for us on our first night. Thankyou to you both for a very enjoyable holiday Jan and Murray
