I am a retired librarian living on the Gold Coast. About 20 years ago I swapped my house, job and car in Brisbane with a librarian in London. So I thought in retirement I would try house swapping again.

My home is a two bedroom, two storey townhouse overlooking a beautiful tranquil lake. It has two queen size beds and is suitable for one or two couples.
It is in a quiet location and close to shops, cafes and restaurants, and a 10 min walk to the beach, walking and cycling paths.
As both the lake and property are unfenced, it is not suitable for children.

Thanks again Denise, the lovely duplex with water views was very comfortable and welcoming. The bedroom upstairs was like waking up to a honeymoon view water views of the canal and palm trees. We recently completed a most enjoyable swap with Denise who has a very cosy townhouse on the Gold Coast. Denise was very obliging and easy to communicate with. Her home overlooks a beautiful lake with a variety of wildlife and boating activities to entertain as you enjoy a wine or coffee. Denise lives in an ideal and central location to enjoy all the iconic Gold Coast and nearby Hinterland attractions. She took good care of our place and we hope to swap again with her in the future.
