Hi! I'm Kylie. I'm an educator who loves the earth and the great outdoors. Sometimes I travel alone, sometimes with my four lovely kiddos who are between the ages of 12 and 16, and sometimes with my beautiful 3.5yr old Kelpie. I am open to swaps to accommodate any of those combinations. I'd love to swap anywhere in Australia (except Sydney) during school holidays, and within 3 hours of Sydney (but not within Sydney) on weekends. I have two places you could swap with me to - one in Rozelle, by the harbour and 10 min from the city in Sydney's Inner West, and the other in Katoomba, in the beautiful World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park. A modest, mid-20thC cottage in the vibrant Inner West Sydney suburb of Rozelle. The interior was renovated in 2013 so it's comfortable and fully functional with combined kitchen, dining and lounge which opens on to the leafy rear courtyard with BBQ.
There is a queen bedroom with ensuite, a lounge area, kitchen/dining, laundry, and leafy courtyard available for your use, plus an extra bathroom and laundry.
The home is in a family-friendly neighbourhood, only a 5 min walk to the local cafe and restaurant strip along Darling St, the White Bay Brewery, and numerous pubs, parks and boutique shops. Balmain is the next suburb along and has it's own collection of heritage buildings, eateries and boutiques, plus ferry access right across Sydney Harbour and into the city. Walk over the Anzac Bridge to the city or catch a bus and be there in under 10 minutes! Numerous easy public transport options are available to get you anywhere in Sydney.
