Young at heart couple interested in swapping our AS NEW 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom Resort Apartment in what is known as" THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE " on the magnificent Sunshine Coast. We have completed numerous swaps in our home at Pelican Waters here on the Sunshine Coast including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane 4 times, Port Macquarie and Byron Bay. Now no longer working full time after many years of living/working in Melbourne we are very excited to commence our house swapping once again. Our Apartment is in the most beautiful location just a 5 minute stroll to the magnificent Buddina Beach. We are very conscious we would be staying in your home and would treat it with upmost care as we do our own. We enjoy extra long weekends or even longer if that suits and enjoy experiencing other destinations in our beautiful country. We spend our days keeping fit with long walks along the beach, swimming, snorkelling dining out, movies and always enjoy a glass of wine on our balcony in the evening. The house swap concept is very appealing to us and International swaps are on the horizon. We have made life long friends since commencing our journey and often swap with previous home swaps throughout Australia. We enjoy life and have a positive attitude towards our future travels. Famous NOOSA is only a 30 min drive north to Hastings Street where the celebrities visit for their summer holidays.The magnificent Hinterland is also close by where you can sample the local produce, enjoy freshly brewed coffee , or wander into the local gift shops and boutiques before indulging in local wine & cheese tastings. The Sunshine Coast has water activities galore including fishing, sailing, snorkelling or watching the brilliant Sunrise with a morning coffee. Local markets operate around the Coast including the famous EUMUNDI MARKET every Saturday and Wednesday.
Your 'Beach Escape' is available for a few days, a week or maybe longer.
