Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Applecross, Just South of Perth CBD, WA
We are a retired couple in our 70's wanting to swap our Applecross Villa (Perth) which is extremely private, tucked away in our small complex of 10 with a small private garden that has artificial grass for low maintenance but near to all amenities. We require a month or so swap in Trinity Beach if possible or Palm Cove areas and are fastideous in looking after our Villa so would do the same with yours.

PERTH 3 brm Villa
Mature age couple would like to swap - a single storey 3x1 Villa + 1 bathroom + 1 toilet.
2 Smart TV's - one in main living area + one in 3rd bedroom thta also has a new bed settee (never used) Both TV's have separate Netflix capabilities and both are connected to Tivimate which means we can access British TV and most TV stations around the world including AFL and EPL etc, both TV's can be used separately.
Required is an apartment/villa/unit/townhouse/2 storey etc in the Trinity Beach, Palm Cove, area, for 3-4 weeks in early July - August 2025 if possible.
Situated in a small complex of 10 villas in Applecross very near the Swan river approximately 4 - 5 minutes walk away.
Also 3 - 4 minutes stroll to Applecross Village with 8 cafes/restaurants, Pharmacy, Newsagent/Post Office and Canteen Pizza which is also a Bar, Cafe and Restaurant.
To Fremantle by car will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes maximum and going to Perth is also the same time.
There are 2 bus stops at the start of our complex on either side of the road.
One to Fremantle, which takes you directly into the centre of Fremantle via Canning Highway, the other towards Perth where you can depart at Raffles Pub on the Swan River where you can walk only 5 minutes to the Perth to Mandurah train line.
Perth is only 2 train stops away with Mandurah approximately 40 minutes the opposite way.
We would prefer our car not to be included in a swap.
Sorry but no children preferred as it’s a very quiet complex with middle age to elderly residents.
