We are a fit retired couple. I'm a retired nurse and my husband a diesel fitter.We have a beautiful 3 bedroom home with lovely sea views and a 10 minute walk to the beach, playgrounds,walking and bike tracks. We are in North West Tasmania,about an hour and quarter from Cradle Mountain and an hour from Launceston. We love the beach and swimming so would love a swap anyway in NSW or Queensland that is close to the beach. Our house is modern and there are two bikes for your use also childrens bikes. Downstairs there is a huge play room with heaps of toys etc. We are both responsible tidy people and look forward to exploring a bit more of our lovely country.

Modern brick house with 3 bedrooms- one with ensuite. Beautiful views of ocean and a stones throw to 2 stunning beaches.
Downstairs has massive rumpus with piano, exercise bike and a heap of toys for any children. The house is well heated and because it faces north it gets plenty of sun in the winter.

Devonport is a city on northwest coast of Tasmania, where the Spirit of Tasmania docks. It has a beautiful beach- the Bluff, a vintage railway and museum, the Don River Railway,lots of walks. It is about an hr and a quarter from Cradle Mountain and the same to Launceston. It's a four hour drive to Hobart.
