We are a family of four. Our kids are 8 and 6. Pre-children we travelled as much as we could, both around Australia and overseas. Now that the kids are a little older and we finally have our own place, we're really keen to get traveling again through house-swaps - ideally at school holiday time.

3 bed house with solar-heated pool - a short drive from iconic Sydney beaches - Maroubra & Coogee (and also very close to Sydney airport).
Detached, recently modernised Californian bungalow-style home with 3 bedrooms (master and 2 large rooms with single beds (kid-themed). We have 2 lounge rooms, a fully-stocked playroom (as well as various kids bikes, scooters etc.), large kitchen and a deck leading out to the heated pool and jacuzzi. We also have a small gym in the garage and an office set-up off the main bedroom which you are welcome to use.
Perfect home to base yourself for exploring Sydney (with the added advantage of being minutes from the airport). After a day of exploring, you can kick back in the outdoor heated pool or the jacuzzi.
Having renovated the house ourselves, we are admittedly very house proud and tidy (but not over the top!) - as are our kids - and we would treat and respectfully care for your home the same way we do our own.

We are located in an area of Sydney called Botany. Botany used to be quite an industrial area but now coffees shops etc are popping up as more and more young couples move to the area. We are within a short drive of the iconic Coogee and Maroubra beaches (and even closer to less -known beaches La Perouse ("Lapa") and Yarra Bay. We are a 20 min drive (12 km) to the city - a 10min train journey from Mascot, the next suburb over.

What an amazing time we had at Debra and Rory’s beautiful family home in Botany! The communication in the lead up was so appreciated, nothing was too much trouble, and we loved the local recommendations and tips to make our stay comfortable. Great location, close to shops and coffee and parks. The pool, jacuzzi, cubby house and play room for our kids were unforgettable - a lovely warm and inviting family home! We had a lovely stay at Debra’s place. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a great holiday and they are a delight to deal with. It’s easy to get a bus to the station or drive and it’s a good central location. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus! They left our home spotless, we wouldn’t hesitate to swap with them again.
