Hello! We are a family of 4 who love new places and exploring the great outdoors. We have lived in New Zealand, WA and QLD so love to get back to these places to see friends and family. Also open to new adventures all over Australia and OS. Looking forward to many adventures with house swap.

On a 2.5 acre property located in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, just one hour's drive from Melbourne CBD.
Private, spacious two story house overlooking the picturesque Warburton Ranges and natural bushland.
The home has three bedrooms available on upper level, each with balcony access and views, separate bathroom.
(Our master upstairs will be closed off)
There is lovely large guest room with ensuite on lower level.
Downstairs has kitchen / dining with separate lounge room and powder room.
The home has heating / cooling.
Plenty of space for parking.
Sit on the deck and take in the serenity.
Great space for kids, with in ground trampoline, sandpit, tennis court (inc. sporting equipment), pool (not heated).
Private, quiet and sensational views yet only 500m walk to Woolworths and great local cafes, 1-1.4km walk to restaurants Emerald township and IGA.
Emerald lake park is 1.9km with Puffing billy, Visitor centre, paddle boating, fishing.
There are several local wineries and with the Yarra Valley only a 40 minute drive away, this is a great base to explore the numerous wineries in the area.
Please note the pool is not heated and will only be maintained during summer months

We had a great stay in Isabelle's lovely house. The kids loved the trampoline, the toys and being able to roam the property and we played many a tennis match on their amazing tennis court. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 6 since my parents had their privacy in the downstairs guest quarters and our family had our privacy upstairs. It's a gorgeous region for walks and the sound of puffing billy in the background made it extra special. Isabelle was very easy to talk to, she took great care of our house and our chickens and left everything neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend Isabelle if you are looking for a great houseswap with reliable, friendly people.

Wow were we lucky to have Isabelle and Ash swap with us for a long weekend. Their home is on a spectacular block overlooking the Warburton Ranges. We were so close to the town centre yet felt a world away with the space and trees. The home was well equipped, clean and easy to stay in. Warm, homely- with comfy beds!! Our boys loved the trampoline, kids toys, space and we all had some epic tennis matches. We explored Healesville and Emerald Lake and only just scratched the surface of things to see and do in The Dandenongs. Communication was perfect and our home was exactly as we left it upon our return. We look forward to swapping again in the future.

We have just enjoyed the most devine 3 nights in the picturesque Emerald in the Dandenong ranges at Isabelle's cosy family home. WOW was our first reaction when we opened the doors to the most incredible outdoor area with the most stunning unblocked views of the hills, mountains and abundant nature. The tennis court and inground trampoline were such a treat to have to oursleves... honestly feeling like a private resort. Our kids enjoyed the toys in the cosy living room and the home was left pefectly set up for guests. Isabelle was so easy and kind to communicate with, with a connection call we got all the details right to allow for a smooth and wonderful house swap experience. Grateful beyond words that they even looked after our Murphy Boy (Groodle) and took such loving care of him. Our home was treated as if it were their own and left clean, tidy and like they were never there. We would be so happy to swap again with this beautiful family.
