We live on the outskirts of beautiful Cambridge in NZ. Derek hails from Perth and I'm a Kiwi. Our 3 adult children are off on their own now so we'd like to spend more time back in Western Australia with Derek's elderly parents. We usually place our home on airbnb while in Australia and would prefer to have our own base in Perth when over visiting now rather than staying with them near Joondalup.... so are flexible with dates that our own home in NZ can be available to you.

Modern kitchen, comfy rest of house with heat pumps/air conditioners and a wood fire plus electric blankets on all beds if required. We have a lawn contractor doing lawns and weeds and there are no animals on the property.
