Hello fellow house swappers. We are fully retired and at the coast. Before retirement we lived in Canberra, working as an economist and in human relations. We have five children between us who live in various parts of Australia. We are a fit, non smoking couple who love travelling. We have had excellent house swaps in the past and would like to try it with you. We are very reliable and trustworthy. We would look after your home as we would want you to look after ours. We have been house sitters, looking after dogs, cats, gardens and homes. Come and see our beautiful part of Australia.

Our home is divided into two apartments with the ground floor apartment available for the swap.
The apartment has one bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two long singles or a king bed. Please let us know if you want the use of our portable cot.
There is an open living area and off street parking for one car.

Sue and Bob have a lovely home just across from the river in Nowra. It is beautifully furnished and the gardens are very pretty. We found our stay at their home most comfortable and would highly recommend them for a swap. The surrounding area in Nowra is rural and a feast for the eyes. I would highly recommend the Menindee Gardens just 7 minutes down the road. They are open on Wednesdays only and a real treat. Bob and Sue left our home in perfect condition and we would love to do another swap with them as there is lots more to see and do on the South Coast.
