Ian is a doctor and Nicola is a Pharmacist. We have recently moved to the Gold Coast from regional NSW. If we are asking you to swap it is probably to enable us to get closer to our adult kids (25, 21, 19) to visit or spend some quality time with them, so they might join us at your home as well. We love being hospitable and would rather let someone stay in our house than leave it empty when we are away, so we look forward to sharing our Gold Coast home with you.

The House

We have a very comfortable and low maintenance 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, with two separate living areas and an amazing shaded courtyard/outdoor dining area. The house is decked out with everything you need for entertaining and living comfortably. Luxurious main and ensuite with verandah and cathedral ceilings. Third bedroom can be configured as two singles or a king bed (see photos). We get around by walking and catching buses because everything is so convenient. We look forward to welcoming you to our home on the Gold Coast.

We had a wonderful house swap with Nicola and family. Easy communication with them before and during the swap. Her house is very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and large entertaining area. It is close to a beautiful lake with a walking track which we used several times. Shops and restaurants are only 5 mins walk. We had a great holiday here!
