We are two retired school principals who enjoy all forms of sport, travel, history and meeting people. We have two married sons aged 40 and 38 and 4 delightful grandchildren. We have travelled extensively in Europe, Asia and USA and have enjoyed every experience. We are keen to exchange with a couple or small family for a period of 2-6 weeks (or longer) in order to really get to know and appreciate the environment and culture of the area. This will be our twentieth exchange and we are still very excited about the prospect. All our previous exchanges have been wonderful and we consider ourselves very lucky to have had these experiences. We are quite house proud and would look after your home as if it was our own. Our apartment is a large 3 bedroom contemporary apartment in a security block very close to Manly and Manly Wharf. The apartment has stunning views of Sydney Harbour from every room and good size balconies for entertaining. Modern kitchen with all appliances. The living area has a 106 cm plasma TV and entertainment unit, cable TV and broadband internet. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd has 2 single beds. It is a very comfortable, easy care unit and a great base for exploring Sydney, the NSW Coast and the Blue Mountain area. It is 500 metres from surf beaches, 200 metres from Sydney Harbour and only 30 minutes to the City of Sydney by ferry or bus.
