Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Bridport, Bridport, TAS
Hi We are Jamie & Shari and we have 4 children , now young adults and no longer living at home. Jamie, recently retired and now helping me (Shari) to manage our holiday rental properties. Most of the time it would be just be the two of us who would be wanting to house swap, although if the opportunity was there it might be nice to have some family join us (after discussion of course) We are new to house swap and really excited to see where it takes us. Our home is a newly built double storey home on the north east coast of Tasmania in Bridport. A beautiful sunny home with amazing views over the ocean and bay of Bridport. We are located very close to Barnbougle Lost Farm golf courses, as well as Derby mountain biking. Bridport is the perfect spot to explore many attractions. We are interested in anywhere in Australia. It would be lovely to explore places. We have family in WA & SA however open to many places. We are particularly wanting to arrange a swap in the Mandurah WA area this coming Easter 2025. But also open to other times and other destinations throughout the year! We also love our home state of Tassie. So also interested in more local swaps as well. Love coastal areas of Tas but again open to many options.

We are located overlooking Anderson Bay with awesome views out across to BARNBOUGLE DUNES GOLF COURSE!!
Our Beach House is new and has a relaxed coastal feel. We are located within 2 mins walk beaches and an easy short drive to eateries and shops.
We have 4 bedrooms. Two are located on the lower level with main bathroom, laundry and also lift and staircase to the upstairs.
Upstairs is the main living area, kitchen, two more bedrooms, main with large ensuite. We also have a powder room upstairs with toilet and hand basin.
Our home is heated by both electric and wood heating. We always have plenty of dry wood and sticks available when needed.
Large deck out the front with dining and magical views.
Our home has a large lift (wheelchair access) as well as one of the downstairs bedrooms and main bathroom having wider doorways for wheelchair access.
Outdoors is still a work in progress however our front yard is landscaped, our property is fully fenced and gated.
We do have a 3 year old cat (Aggie) who is predominately outdoors, however loves the chance to come in if invited. Aggie would be at the property during your stay. Very easy to look after by just leaving food out (provided of course) once a day. We also have a 7 year old Golden Retriever (Sam) that we can easily arrange care for or if our house swap people are keen, Sam is a lovely placid boy who loves walks , swimming at the beach and lazing around at home
