House Swap with us

We are a fun loving family from Cabarita Beach looking for a convenient way to enjoy our school holidays. We have Airbnbed our home in the past but prefer house swapping. We are two school teachers and three young boys. Our boys love the outdoors, surfing and exploring. As a family we love travelling, good food and making memories. We have family on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and are open to other locations in Australia. We are tidy, house proud people who look after other's properties like they are ours.

The House

Our home is a 4 bed 2 bath house with parent's retreat/ensuite upstairs and pool. Situated in a quiet street of Cabarita Beach the home is within walking distance of the famous Cabarita Beach and welcoming village.

The front of the property includes a spacious deck with dining table, BBQ and day bed. After a jam packed day of swimming and sight seeing, enjoy a well earned beverage on the day bed and watch the world go by.

The rear of the house includes a comfortable deck over looking the back yard and a beautiful refreshing pool.

The interior of the home exudes a relaxing beach house vibe, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The things we love about living here

Walk to the beach: the Australian Beach of 2020 is only a short stroll away. Discover your own private patch of sand or set up at The Cove, and watch the surfers enjoy the famous surf break.
Walk to the village: after a day of enjoying the beach and our pool, walk into town and dine at one of the many restaurants, the Caba Pub, Surf Club or Burrow Bar.
Quiet tree lined street: our street (referred to locally as The Dream Street) is a quiet wide tree lined hideaway with wide reserves separating the road and properties. Watch your children ride up and down the street or sit on the front deck and watch the surfers return from a day in the water.
Close to Byron Bay and the Gold Coast: the QLD border with its world class surf breaks, restaurants and theme parks is only a 20 minute drive away. The bohemian spectacle of Byron Bay is an easy 25 minute drive down the motor way.

Our home is located at Cabarita Beach in Northern NSW. We are conveniently positioned between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast. Cabarita Beach, a National Surf Reserve, was voted Australia's Best Beach in 2020.

From our home you can walk to the beach to enjoy an endless uncrowded stretch of sand. Or stroll to the village to enjoy local conveniences including pubs, bars and Paper Daisy (hatted restaurant.)
