We are a family of 5, living and working in the Inner West of Sydney. Our two daughters are at Uni (one lives away from home) and 12 year old son just about to start high school. We moved from the UK 16 years ago and love our life in Australia. Fergie is our 10 year old English Staffie who is starting to slow down, these days! He could come on the swap with us or be left at home. He is very friendly, low maintenance with one short daily walk required. We moved to Sydney from the Central Coast 3 years ago and really enjoy the change of pace that Sydney has to offer. Our home is our passion project, as we attempt to restore all the original Victorian features We've had many great swapping experiences in the past, through this website and after a house move we are ready to swap again! We are looking for swaps in the school holidays ideally and preferred to head North for the Easter break.

Situated in the Inner West of Sydney, a Victorian double story terrace, with 3 bedrooms and third story converted attic study/sleeping area. The home is fitted with ducted aircon,wifi, smart tv.
It is a 5 minute walk to the Tramsheds which has a number of restaurants, cafes and supermarket. It is also 5 minutes walk from Annandale Town Centre and Glebe, with the famous Saturday Glebe Markets.
Everything that the city has to offer is a 10 minute Uber ride/car journey or a little longer on public transport, with light rail and buses on your door step.
