Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Canowindra, Regional NSW, NSW
We are a family with 3 children. I have said 3 children but our son is now almost 19 and off to uni in 2021 so he will not always swap with us, our daughters 17 & 15 would. Both Chris and I work full time as well as running our small farm and our Airbnb cottage (not rented out when house swapping). I love to read, garden and dabble in Art and design when time allows. Chris enjoys being active, cooking, wine tasting, football (only touch footy now, no more rugby, he has handed the ball to Sam) and just being busy. We own a 40 acre property with 10 acres of vineyard and at times cattle and sheep. We love the outdoors and seeing and doing new things. We are a 15min drive from the quaint town of Canowindra, 30 mins to Cowra and 50 mins to Orange. (Dubbo and Canberra are 2.5hrs). We are a tidy family and like to keep our house and surrounds in order and we would be that way with someone elses home. We are not new to house swapping but we have not swapped for at least 6 years and are keen to start swapping again.

Our house is a beautiful corrugated iron house overlooking our vineyard. The main bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom & WIR. There is also a Queen bedroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The main bathroom has a bath and shower. We have a large newly appointed kitchen with dishwasher large oven and walk in pantry. Our house has two seperate lounge areas with smart TV's, a library, office space and a beautiful dining area with panoramic glass windows to enjoy the view. A seperate laundry with washer and dryer. We have a 'spare room', a guttered and revamped caravan located in the garden with power. We also have a seperate fully self contained cottage that sleeps 4 which we often rent out on Airbnb (to view photos look up Cultowa Cottage Canowindra on Airbnb)We would not rent this out at the same time as swapping. Could be an option if you want to bring another family to explore our beautiful area. We have views to Mt Canobolas near Orange and at night you can see the lights of Cowra. In the hotter months we have 2 cattle trough pools that provide a refreshing dip.
