House Swap with us

We are a retired couple who visit our children and grandchildren in Melbourne (South Frankston & Elwood) about twice a year. We can stay with them but would prefer a base somewhere in the Bayside suburbs for all or some of that time so we don't have to impose on them all the time.

Townhouse 40 metres across the grass to the beach.
2 Bedrooms, Bathroom and separate toilet all upstairs. Balconies off both bedrooms. Queen bed in beachside bedroom with sea views. From your pillow watch the sun & moon rise. Double bed in street side bedroom. Kitchen, lounge dining, laundry and second toilet downstairs.
In a group of 6 who share a pool.

The things we love about living here

  • The sound of the sea lulling us to sleep.
  • The beach 40 metres away across the grass.
  • Viewing the rising sun and moon (around full moon time) as they rise out of the sea and glisten on the water.
  • Meals on the patio with a view of the sea.
  • Headland & beach walks.
  • The pool in the warmer months.
  • Proximity of the airport (15 minutes).
  • Proximity of major shopping centre (4 minutes).

Superb beachside locale, in cruisy Coffs. Wonderful couple to deal with, they feel like family on first visit. If you're after an easy swap to great locale (think rainforest walks, kayaking, beachside horse riding and loads more, or just chilling out) then Rob and Carol will look after you.
