Professional couple with 3 girls aged 16, 14 and 9. The house is large and modern and close to Opera House, Harbor Bridge, CBD 20 minutes to the beach. We have two cars available for swapping as well. We've had 6 successful swaps. At the end of the street is a bush track, creek, crossing with stepping stones and entrance to the Harbour at Long Bay. The bus stops at the end of the street and it's only two stops and you are in the CBD. Sydney is a great place for Christmas and New Years Eve!

Very large, modern family home. Big bedrooms and light living spaces. Modern fixtures and fittings. Loads of room over three floors. 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a powder room, rumpus room, home office, study, 2 guest rooms, very large living areas and loungerooms. The photos show many of the rooms, but there are about another 6 not shown. Large downstairs bathroom has a spa bath. There is a substantial gym weights, mats, rower and a beuatiful timber infrared sauna. The backyard has a barbecue and trampoline. There are three floors and each has a balcony or a deck. We have a barbecue too. The house is opposite a children's playground, bike path, national park, public indoor adult and kids swimming pools and recreation centre and playing fields. Extremely secure with alarms and screens. Very quiet location. 10 minutes drive to CBD (Opera House, Habour Bridge etc) - 7 kms. 20 minutes to Bondi Beach, 25 to Manly. We have two cars in a lock up garage. Rear entrance to the property for easy access by car.
