Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Canberra/ Queanbeyan, Queanbeyan , NSW
We are a professional couple in our mid forties who live and work in the Canberra area. My partner is a graphic designer and I work for Libraries ACT. We have three lovely little girls who are 6, 10 and 11. We are home owners who enjoy renovating and have completed a major renovation in the past 12 months, spending time together and rediscovering Australia with our girls. We are looking to travel to most locations throughout Australia, especially weekends away to spend more time together as a family. My partner plays professional lawn bowls throughout Australia and as a family we love to go too. We are non-smokers, social drinkers, and home cooks. We joined the site when it was first launched and did 20 plus swaps all over Australia before buying and building a new home. When the site first launched there was not rating and such so this is why our profile is a little sparse. We have renewed our membership recently and are ready for new adventures. On a personal note all members of our family have been vaccinated.

We had a fantastic time staying in Laura’s house. It was a true home from home and very central to all that Canberra had to offer. We loved looking after Ruby the dog and Laura was very helpful with all arrangements.

Our family of 5 had a lovely time staying at Laura & Jason’s home. Our kids loved the trampoline in the backyard and taking their friendly dog for walks in the park across the road. The outdoor fireplace was enjoyed with many marshmallows being roasted. Flying kites at the Arboretum, enjoying lunch in the Canberra city centre and visiting the Australian War Memorial were some of the activities our family greatly enjoyed whilst staying there. Coming home to a clean house with a beautiful bunch of flowers was a lovely bonus!
