Modern family house well located for car and public transport around Melbourne and to Melbourne CBD. Three bedrooms (plus pull out double couches in 2 other separate areas), 2 bathrooms, large light spacious living areas with views and excellent outdoor living entertaining areas on two storeys. Suit couple or family of 4,5,6. Landscaped garden, upstairs or downstairs outdoor entertaining. Unclutterred and functional. Car swap available 2010 SUV Kluger or 2010 wagon or both. WiFi, PC, Foxtel, USB. Bikes for adults and kids if similarly aged. A 1 year old puppy dog and we love looking after other's pets. Picnic and camping gear available for day and overnight side trips.
