Aileen is a retired professional having worked in managerial positions in the banking industry. Her interests are photography, artwork, outdoor pursuits, golf croquet, travel, family and friendships. Andrew is also retired from a lifetime in food and beverage operations. He is very active in a local croquet club, and is keen to travel, seeking out places of historical and cultural interest. Aileen's family are scattered all over the world but all originated in New Zealand. Andrew's family is near our home in Gymea and also in UK.

Situated in a quiet area yet close to the action. It is a second floor apartment with 2 queen size bedrooms, one with en-suite and a large bathroom. The living area is open plan with kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen has induction cook top with electric oven stove, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge and master bedroom open onto an east facing balcony.
There is a communal roof top garden and 2 designated underground parking places.
