Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in NOOSA HEADS, SUNSHINE COAST, QLD
We are retired, and would love to exchange our well located Noosa house for short breaks around Australia and NZ. Especially interested in Xmas/new year in Sydney, we prefer a car exchange. We have recently adopted a young cat (very friendly), so would require care for cat as part of any exchange

We have a modern well furnished 4 bed house set in pretty gardens. 1 x King bed with ensuite, 1 x Queen with ensuite, 1 Queen and 2 single chair/sofas which convert to single beds, with further bathroom and separate toilet. have 2 smart TV's - including Netflix, Prime Video. Ducted air-conditioning. The swimming pool can be heated. NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN.

We had a great experience swapping with Susan and Steven. Communication was easy and it was also easy to lock in a date. Their house was lovely, clean, comfortable and well located. They also took great care of our home. It was additionally lovely to look after their cat Bob, very sweet and hard to leave without steeling him!

We stayed at Sue and Steve’s stunning home in Noosa Heads over Christmas/New Years 2024. The house is in a terrific location to explore everything Noosa has to offer – close to both Noosa and Sunshine beaches, the Aquatic Centre and Noosa Junction shops and restaurants. Their home is super comfortable and spacious. The pool was a welcome feature and we spent most late afternoons lazing around enjoying the cooling water and breezes. A definite highlight in the area is walking from Sunshine Beach to Noosa Main Beach through the National Park – saw a large pod of dolphins on the way!! Sue and Steve are very easy to communicate with and we would highly recommend a house swap with them.

My family and I spent Christmas and New Years at Sue and Steve's wonderful place. From the point of our first discussions to the end of our time in Noosa, both Sue and Steve were easy to communicate with and helped to create a fantastic home swap. The swap also included a car exchange as well. Without question, the home is incredibly beautiful, spacious and well kept. The set up of the house provides the best of social spaces for entertaining (both indoor and outdoor) and privacy for rest and relaxation. The house is located close to everything that Noosa and surrounds have to offer. It's only 10 mins walk from Noosa junction with great choice of restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend a swap with Sue and Steve and hope to do it again in the near future!

What a fantastic holiday we had at Susan & Steve's place. They are the ultimate "House Swappers" Their house is very comfortable and ideally located. They have everything you need to make your holiday fun & relaxed, including their E-bikes which we enjoyed cruising around beautiful Noosa, thanks again for such a wonderful stay
