Our house is a beautiful 1940's renovated Queenslander, located in the inner southern suburb of Coorparoo which is only 4kms from the city centre. We are in a quiet street yet only 5 minutes walk to a supermarket, banks, cafes, cinema,restaurants and public transport. A bus will get you into the city in 10 minutes. Our home is open plan and fully renovated. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom is used as an office. We have a beautiful covered outdoor entertaining area with a fully enclosed back yard, reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, Netflix, wide screen tv and unlimited Wifi. We have a beautiful inground pool, great for the summer months.
