Hello, I’m a retired School Librarian. And I’m looking to do a sea change in the area of Queenscliff/Point Lonsdale area where I have family. I have a 15 year old Poodle, named Louis. I am very neat and tidy and enjoy plants and gardening.

The House

A split level contemporary brick home. Modern kitchen and bathrooms, plus a study area. 2 reverse cycle air conditioners and fire place. Wifi and internet. Established garden. Lovely mountain views. Close to CBD. Security doors. Situated in a court with treed area between houses. Covered verandah facing north and 2 car carport.

The things I love about living here

A vibrant tourist destination. Plenty of activities to do- bush walking, hang gliding, close to Falls Creek and Mount Hotham for skiing in winter. Cinema, sports centre, shops, cafe’s, 2 supermarkets and hotels, restaurants, brewery, bike trails. Ovens river runs through town. 50 mins from Wangaratta and 1hr 20mins from Albury/Wodonga.
