Hello, we are Kate & Jay - a married couple with two kids, 2 and 5 years old. We live in southern Gold Coast by the most beautiful beaches and creeks. We did a private house swap with some friends of friends over the summer and it was amazing, it worked out so well. Before kids we travelled a lot - and in this season of life, a house swap is a great way to still be able to go away.

Our home was fully newly renovated in 2022. Everything is new and modern. It's light and airy with an entertaining area and trampoline in the backyard. We have fully zoned air conditioning and fans in all rooms. Carport with space for 2 cars out front. 6 minutes from Gold Coast Airport and very close to Currumbin Creek.
