Our Aussie House swap is our airbnb at Umina Beach on the idyllic Central Coast region of NSW right at the beach, very close to magnificent National Parks, calm waterways. A private home retreat base for coastal & bushland experiences, endless waterways with ferry trip options closeby and NSW National Parks to explore. no driving to beach from this comfortable beachside escape, no stairs, level, front grass garden. Walking distance to restaurants, lovely cafes shops. Well planned flat walking paths alongside the merging beaches over 3 or so kms Umina Beach, Ocean Beach and Ettalong Beach.
Lovely get away, approx 1 1/2 hours from Sydney CBD - with convenient links for bus, train or ferry options

If you like scenic long flat walks or runs along the Broken Bay beaches it is perfect. There are also unique ferry trips to cute little towns dotted around not too far away.
