Our house is a modern 7 year old brick and tile build. It is located in a small, exclusive, subdivision of similar houses. We are located on Fairview Golf course adjacent to the 10th fairway. Swaps will include access to Clubs heated pool and spa both under cover tennis court, pétanque, gym and cafe/restaurant all within a 3 minute walk. Golf cart, 2 electric bikes and EV car available on request.
