Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in London, Walthamstow, London
We are a married couple with a 9-year-old daughter, looking to swap homes so we can visit my husband's family in Sydney. We need to travel during the UK school holidays, and love to be in Australia over Christmas.

We love the location of our family home, which is a terraced house with a garden right in the centre of Walthamstow and within walking distance of everything we need.
We have two bedrooms with double beds (one a king size), and a children's room with a single bed.
The local shopping area is pedestrianised, which is great for families with younger kids.
Although we're right in the heart of things, our road is quiet, so it's a great place for those looking for a comfortable place to stay as they explore the city - but without too much city noise.
Also, if you like to relax, cook and kick back while you're travelling, we have a lovely kitchen and a shaded garden with a BBQ for summer evenings.
In one direction, you’re a ten-minute walk away from Walthamstow Village, where you’ll find cute, independent shops, bars and restaurants in a historic English setting.
Five minutes in the other direction, and you’re headed to the main high street, where there’s a brand-new Soho theatre, mall, cinema, shops, library and fantastic transport links by overground rail, tube and bus to central London and beyond.
