Are you looking for sun, sandy beaches and vineyards with scrumptious restaurants!
Our home is in a good location for all of this.
The main living area is spacious with large glass doors leading to the outdoor areas. There is a delightful, tiled uncover alfresco area where you can enjoy sipping the nearby McLaren Vale wines.
We have air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout the home. There are two large-screen televisions both connected to the internet, unlimited Wi-Fi is included.
The butler’s pantry is where all the clean up happens, sink, dishwasher and food storage, all out of sight. A gas, five burner cook top, electric oven, microwave, a food preparation sink and a huge refrigerator complete the cooking area.
The home is bright, light and airy and very functional, with a walk-in shower, a bath and separate toilet.
There is a large, equipped laundry. There are no steps and path leading to front door is a gentle slope.
The available bedroom has a Queen size bed, wardrobe space and drawers available for your use.
The entire house, with the exception of our bedroom, is available for the house exchange guests to use.
