We are a semi-retired couple who love travelling. I am Australian and Peter is a Berliner. We have an eccentric ginger cat named Maximus. We are keen to swap with a similar couple anywhere in the UK or Europe for one to three months in 2026, April to August.

A brick and tile 3 bedroom, two bathroom bungalow. We have a large, self contained separate studio in the garden wirh a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We are 10 minutes walk from Warnbro Sound, a 10km pristine beach for swimming, paddle'boarding and fishing. We have a large backyard with established gardens. It is a quiet and safe area. The train to Perth is a 20 minute walk away. We are open to a car swap.

It is a 5 minute walk and very reasonably priced.
