We are a professional 50's couple with adult children that are now growing their own families and lives. Paul is a contract Program Delivery Manager and Jacqui manages the household and is our Chief Networking Manager. We have one very well behaved, mature small dog (Ella). She is very loving and lives for retrieving the ball and eating tasty treats. She will not need care during swaps as we will take her with us if mutually agreed.

The House

Beautiful, large, executive style apartment that has spectacular, wide sweeping views of the ocean and Moreton Bay from Moreton Island, the Port of Brisbane, the Airport, Brisbane City and Mount Coot-tha. This contemporary apartment is tastefully decorated with beach theming and high-end TV, Sonos Audio and appliances, as well as ducted air conditioning.

Outside, there is a patio that has late model BBQ, cooling fans and bar fridge, along with bar style dining setting and 3-piece outdoor lounge.

We are looking for short term "Tree Change" and looking for someone looking for a "Sea Change". Ideally, we would love to have some space, peace and quiet, green grass under our feet.

The things we love about living here

With wide walking paths in all directions, you can walk along the ocean all the way from the Hornibrook bridge to Scarborough. Nestled in the village of Woody Point, it is around 50 metres walk to the iconic Belvedere Hotel and Seafood Town. Also at the village is a hairdresser, chemist, fashion stores, medical centre and several coffee shops.
